One of Argentina’s most famous chefs, Francis Mallmann, offers international-level cuisine at Montes Winery in Santa Cruz, Chile. Francis Mallmann’s passion for wood fire gave rise to the gastronomic restaurant, Fuegos de Apalta, a place to go for anything grilled, paired with Montes wines and others from the Colchagua Valley.

The cuisine features meat, fish, and vegetables prepared with different types of fire in the specially designed dome located in the center of the restaurant. It’s a destination bucket list stop not to miss when visiting Santa Cruz, Chile!
