Enobytes (“Eno” – short for Enology: a science that deals with wine and wine making, and “bytes”, a unit of digital information) has been around since 1997, making it one of the internet’s oldest wine blogs in the United States, and certainly the first in Oregon. Back then, we worked in the hospitality industry and provided consulting services for the restaurant industry on the West Coast. Since then, we’ve evolved.  In 2001, the domain name was established, and the online version of Enobytes.com emerged as the business expanded their services to educate and share their passion and knowledge of wine and food with their readers across the globe. Today, we’ve helped 12 million people across the globe discover the art of eating better, traveling wiser, and drinking smarter.
