Wine Review: 2012 Cornerstone Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc
The Cornerstone is a thinking man’s Sauvignon blanc with undertones of lemon-lime citrus and tangerine that is fun and zesty with a good amount of acidity that carries through to the finish. Fresh and lively, you’ll enjoy this libation with any shellfish dish, oysters or chicken. We paired it with crazy caprese chicken, a MacDaddy original. If you’d like the recipe, drop us a comment and we’ll sent it to you.
